Contacts / Conversations Module

The Clients & Contacts module is used by architects to record the names, addresses, phone numbers, etc. of all clients and contacts associated with the firm. It is also used to store (and log duration of) conversations between employees and contacts. Data recorded in the Clients & Contacts module is integrated into many other areas of the program and simplifies the creation of mailing addresses for transmittals, billing invoices, correspondence letters, envelopes, and more. Contacts can be linked to an unlimited number of projects. This link allows cross referencing clients and contacts associated with specified projects.

The Clients & Contacts module is joined to many other areas of the program (i.e. Proposals, Contracts, Invoices, Transmittals, Correspondence etc.). The data from these joined databases is combined with data entered in the Clients & Contacts database and is used by architects to do the following:
 
- create addressee data for invoices, correspondence, transmittals, etc.
- record and log conversations between employees and clients/contacts
- cross reference contacts involved with specific projects
- find contacts and conversations based on a wide variety of search criteria
- simplify the task of obtaining addressee data & dialing contact phone numbers

 Summaries and Reports

Predesigned views automatically format and position entered data into various summaries, reports and forms that can be reviewed and printed. Architects can create the following:

- summaries that sort clients, consultants, vendors, etc.
- mass mailings with envelopes/labels based on user criteria
- conversation logs/summaries grouped by name, project, etc. 
- Avery Roledex cards with name, address, phone, email, etc.
