The Correspondence module allows architects to record correspondence letters, memos, fax cover pages and email prepared by the firm. The Correspondence module is not designed to replace your favorite word processing program. It is, however, designed to automate the process of creating quick correspondence and simplify the task of searching for specific correspondence records based on a wide variety of search criteria. (i.e., addressee, date of letter, project reference). One can even search for correspondence based on words or phases contained in the body of the letter.

The Correspondence module is designed to allow architects do the following:

- quickly create letters, memos, fax cover pages, email, envelopes, mailing labels, etc.
- automate the creation of addressee information for correspondence
- simplify the creation of project reference information for correspondence
- quickly find records based on a wide variety of search criteria
- automatically insert correspondence data into your email program (Outlook, etc.)
- create reports that list records for specific projects, dates, addressees, etc.
- search for letters based on words or phases contained in the body text
- automate the creation of "Copy To" references for correspondence
- simplify the task of finding, copying, & duplicating text for correspondence

 Predesigned Forms

Predesigned views automatically format and position entered data into correspondence (complete with user designed company letterhead) that can be reviewed and printed.

- memo displays addressee, project, copy to, author, etc.
- letters provided with body text on multiple pages
- fax cover page displays addressee, project, fax number, etc.
- print addressee data on various types of envelopes and
 3 styles of mailing labels
