The Correspondence module is designed to allow architects do the following:
- quickly create letters, memos, fax cover pages, email, envelopes, mailing labels, etc. - automate the creation of addressee information for correspondence
- simplify the creation of project reference information for correspondence - quickly find records based on a wide variety of search criteria
- automatically insert correspondence data into your email program (Outlook, etc.) - create reports that list records for specific projects, dates, addressees, etc.
- search for letters based on words or phases contained in the body text - automate the creation of "Copy To" references for correspondence
- simplify the task of finding, copying, & duplicating text for correspondence
