Time Sheet Module

The Time Sheet module is used by architects to record and store time logged by individuals employed by the firm. Data from this database is integrated into many other areas of the program and is used to calculate project billable hours, determine project costs, track employee vacations, sick leave and more. The "Weekly Time Sheet" view allows employees to record their own time sheet data. Employees can enter regular and overtime hours, specify phase, task, and provide additional detailed notes for any active project. Predesigned reports, charts and graphs help architects analyze and visualize the time sheet data and allow them to analyze the performance of their employees and the firm.

The Time Sheets module is joined to other areas of the program (i.e., Project Management, Billing Invoices). The data recorded in the weekly time sheet logs is integrated with these joined databases to allow architects to do the following:

- simplify the task of recording, tracking & summarizing time sheet data
- allow employees to record time sheets without accessing other sensitive areas
- record hours, services & descriptions for each project and day of week
- summarize personnel hours and wages by project, employee name or title
- determine office overhead hours, track vacations, sick time & personal leave
- view & print reports, tables & charts that help in analysis of time sheet data
- track personnel expenses by actual wage, hourly cost, billing rates and more.
- log billable, non-billable, regular and overtime hours
- time sheet logs can be exported into QuickBooks

Reports, Tables and Charts

Recorded times heet data is integrated into reports, summaries, tables and charts that can be reviewed and printed. These predesigned views will help architects visualize the recorded time sheet data and will delineate the following:

* summary of services/wages for employees, projects, periods
* reports of actual or contract wages for projects & employees
* summary of hours by employee name, title, month, year, etc
* project breakdown chart of services summarized by phase
* employee vacation, sick, holiday hours for specified periods
* analysis of employee utilization ratios for any specified period
* and much more
