The Time Sheets module is joined to other areas of the program (i.e., Project Management, Billing Invoices). The data
recorded in the weekly time sheet logs is integrated with these joined databases to allow architects to do the following:
- simplify the task of recording, tracking & summarizing time sheet data
- allow employees to record time sheets without accessing other sensitive areas - record hours, services & descriptions for each project and day of week
- summarize personnel hours and wages by project, employee name or title - determine office overhead hours, track vacations, sick time & personal leave
- view & print reports, tables & charts that help in analysis of time sheet data - track personnel expenses by actual wage, hourly cost, billing rates and more. - log billable, non-billable, regular and overtime hours
- time sheet logs can be exported into QuickBooks
