ArchAdministrator software licenses come complete with the following fully integrated modules: Accounting, Invoicing, Clients/Contacts, Conversations Logs, Correspondence, Employees Info and Promotions, Project Portfolio, Project Scheduler, Project Management, Proposals & Contracts, Electronic Time Sheets, Submittals, Transmittals & Repros, Travel & Expense Logs and much more.
Custom system sizes (i.e., System 17) are available. Please call for pricing
Refund Policy: If you are not completely satisfied with ArchAdministrator, simply return all packaging and accompanying items within 60 days of purchase to PS Software Solutions to obtain a full refund (no restocking fees). PS Software Solutions is very proud to say:
Lotus® Approach® Software* (Included In "Full Version" Pricing Above)
Lotus Approach is required to run ArchAdministrator. Therefore, a Lotus SmartSuite software license* is required for each user having access to ArchAdministrator.
* Lotus SmartSuite contains Approach, 123, Word Pro, Organizer, Freelance Graphics and more. SmartSuite OEM software licenses come bundled with all "Full Version" purchases of ArchAdministrator software and are already included in the "Full Version" purchase price.
** Please contact a PS Software representative when purchasing ArchAdministrator upgrades to discuss upgrade policies and procedures. Additional SmartSuite OEM software licenses and SmartSuite software upgrades can be purchased separately or directly through PS Software Solutions.

Complimentary - Phone-In, Email, and/or ArchLink remote technical support for the first 60 days from date of first call. All you have to pay for is the phone call.
Pay-As-U-Go - Phone-in, Email and ArchLink technical support billed on a time & material basis.
Tech Support Subscription - Personalized Phone-In, Email, and/or ArchLink remote technical support that is renewable annually. Please note, pricing and credit hours earned will be based on the number of ArchAdministrator software licenses purchased by your firm.
Additional Services - Consultations and planning, data entry and/or data transfer services, customized variations of ArchAdministrator and more can be provided and will be compensated for on a time and material basis. Ask about our ArchLink™ Web based training & services option. On-site training & services are available in the United States.
