NEW FEATURES ADDED FOR VERSION 2.73 - Release 12/6/99

Accounting
1. Warning Message & program delay will no longer occur when data for "Pay To Order Of", "Post Date" or "Check Number" is revised and there are payment breakdown items listed.

2. Warning Message & program delay will no longer occur when data for "Check No Received" or "Post Date" is revised and there are receipt breakdown items listed.

3. A report that summarizes Account Adjustments has been added to the Accounting Menu options. This report summarizes account adjustments by "Account Name" and "Type of Adjustment".

4. Drop-down List for the account adjustment field "Type of Adjustment" is now based on previously entered data and is no longer based on a predefined list of options.

Billing Invoices
1. A Cancel button has been added to the Create New Invoice macro sequence. This will allow the user to cancel the creation of a new Invoice prior to completing data entry for project, addressee, etc..

2. The time it takes to return to the "Invoice Information" view from the Reimbursable Worksheet or the Additional and Supplemental Services Worksheets has been greatly reduced.

3. The "Yes/No" checkboxes for "Bill Now" will appear and be printed when the "Outstanding Invoices" view is printed.

Correspondence
1. User now has the ability to set Correspondence Record Type to "Email". The "Email Address" and "Subject of Email" field boxes will appear for additional data entry. Also, the user can select the "Send Email" button. This button will automatically open the user's default Email program and automatically fill in the "Send To", "Subject" and "Body Text" fields for the Email program.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Unfortunately, changes to the database structure for this area of the program will require the user to revise field names in the Correspd.dbf database file. If there are records in your Correspondence database, please contact us PRIOR TO DOWNLOADING the 2.73 Upgrade so that we can walk you through the (ten minute) field name revision.

Clients/Contacts
1. The user can select the "Open" button located next to the Contact's Email address to automatically open their default Email program and automatically fill in "Send To" field in the Email program.

2. The user can select the "Open" button located next to the Contact's Internet address to automatically open the default Web Browser program and automatically copy the Contact's web address into the web browser's address field.

Project Management
1. The ability to search for specific projects by "Project Manager" name has been added to the project search criteria view.

Project Reference List
1. The existing repeating panel view has been replaced with a report type view to improve speed and user interface.

2. The ability to search for and list specific projects based on a variety search criteria has been added to the "Project Reference List" view.

Time Sheet Weekly Logs
1. Various revisions have been incorporated to remove minor time sheet data entry bugs and improve user interface.
