The "Invoice for the Following" data field located in the Breakdown of Fees section of the Invoice Information view allows you to enter the phase of services that will appear on the invoice. Select the services from the drop-down list or enter a custom description of services in the space provided.
NOTE: You must create a separate invoice item for each phase or description of services you wish to bill for. Enter all other billing invoice information and click "Actual Billing Invoice" view tab to view and/or Print the actual Invoice.
TIP: The Additional Services or Reimbursable Expenses worksheet must be completed if the item is for one of these categories. Data for supplemental services section must be completed if the Supplement Services title is selected.
