The Correspondence module is used to record correspondence letters, memos and fax cover pages prepared by the firm. The Correspondence module is not designed to create documents with graphic images, specialized fonts with multiple attributes, bullet text, etc... However, it is designed to simplify the process of creating and searching for specific correspondence records based on a wide variety of search criteria. (i.e. addressee, date of letter, project reference) You can even search for correspondence based on words or phrases contained in the body text of the letter.
The Correspondence module is designed to:

quickly find letters based on a wide variety of search criteria
create reports that list letters based on a wide variety of search criteria

automate the creation of "Copy To" references for the correspondence
simplify the task of finding, copying, & duplicating text for correspondence
TIP: Correspondence letters can be made confidential. Letters that are set to confidential status are password protected and can only be accessed and reviewed by employees that have Supervisor Status.
