The Daily Time Sheet view allows you to enter employee time sheet data. This time sheet entry is best to use when:
When time is tracked each day
When time is spread out over multiple projects and revisions
Create a new daily time sheet by selecting "Daily Log" after clicking "Time Sheet Log" from the Main Menu. Log project number, hours, phase, tasks (optional), and notes(optional) for each daily time sheet entry and press the "Add Line" button to create additional project entries.
The "Phase" data field must be filled in for all time sheet hours logged. The default value for the drop-down list for this field is based on the current phase of development selected on the Building Information View located in Project Management module. Alternate values listed in the drop-down list are based on phases delineated in the Project Information View for the project referenced in the Proposals & Contracts module.
NOTE: The first item created is automatically set to "Office" to allow for entry of overhead, office, vacation, etc... hours. Deleting the default "Office" item is not allowed.
