Weekly Time Sheet

The Weekly Time Sheet view allows you to enter employee time sheet data. This time sheet entry is best to use when:

 

 

Create a new weekly time sheet by selecting that option from the Time Sheet Menu and select a name from the "Employee" field and enter the "Week Ending Friday" date from the view that is provided. Log hours, phases, tasks (optional), and any notes (optional) for each day worked on weekly time sheet entry.  Click "Add Time Sheet Item" button to create additional entries for other projects.

 

The "Phase" data field must be filled in for all time sheet hours logged. The default value for the drop-down list for this field is based on the current phase of development selected on the Building Information View located in Project Management module. Alternate values listed in the drop-down list are based on phases delineated in the Project Information View for the project referenced in the Proposals & Contracts module.

 

NOTE: The first item created is automatically set to "Office" to allow for entry of overhead, office, vacation, etc... hours. Deleting the default "Office" item is not allowed.
