Data entered into the "Contract Information" view is used to record a wide variety of Owner/Architect contract information (i.e. type of contract, payment schedules, reimbursable multipliers, employee compensation, etc...). Data recorded in this view along with data from the Project Information View is used to create an hourly rate schedule, auto cover letter, complete owner/architect contract agreements and more.
NOTE: The information you provide is used to complete various sections of the Owner/Architect contract agreement. This data will also be used in many other areas of the program if the project is assigned an Active Job No. Therefore, it is important to enter the data requested in this view (even if you do not provide the client with a written proposal or Owner/Architect agreement).
