Project Information View

The "Project Information" view is used to record a wide variety of project data (i.e. client name & address, building info, breakdown of fees, services provided, etc...). Data recorded in this view along with data from the Contract Information View is used to create an estimated fee schedule, auto cover letter, complete owner/architect contract agreements and more.

 

IMPORTANT: This data will also be used in many other areas of the program if you activate the project by assigning an Active Job Number to the proposal. Therefore, it is important to enter the data requested in this view (even if you do not provide the client with a written proposal and/or Owner/Architect agreement).
