The Proposals & Contracts module is used to record and store all proposals and contracts prepared and issued by the firm. Data from this database is integrated into many other areas of the program and is used to simplify invoice creation, automate invoice tracking, determine personnel and reimbursable allowances, and much more. The Project Information View and Contract Information View allow you to record a very wide variety of proposal/contract data. The data is integrated into virtually all of the databases joined by ArchAdministrator and is used to: create estimated fee schedules, create cover letters for proposals, and fill-in the blanks of various preprinted, consumable, AIA Owner/Architect Agreements.
