Introduction to Time Sheets

The Time Sheets module is used to record and store time logged by all individuals employed by the firm. Data from this database is integrated into many other areas of the program and is used to calculate project billable hours, determine project costs, track employee vacations, sick leave and more. The Weekly Time Sheet and Daily Time Sheet views allow employees to record their own time sheet data. Employees can enter regular and overtime hours, specify phase services and tasks, and provide additional detailed descriptions for any project or day of the week.

MODULE FEATURES

The Time Sheets module is joined to other areas of the program (i.e. Project Management, Billing Invoices, Project Scheduler). The data recorded in both the weekly  and daily time sheet logs is integrated with these joined databases to:

 

 

NOTE: Both weekly and daily time sheet data is integrated into reports, summaries, tables and charts found in the Time Sheet Reports module. These pre-designed views will help you visualize the recorded time sheet data and allow you to analyze the performance of your employees and firm.
