A user defined multilevel password protection scheme has been incorporated into ArchAdministrator that allows or restricts employee access to each database module.
The multilevel password protection scheme can restrict employees from obtaining access to sensitive information (personnel wages, accounting, etc.) yet allow them to access modules with less
sensitive data so they can enter or review time sheets, correspondence, transmittals, etc..
The identity and assigned access level of each employee is stored in the computer's memory as he/she logs onto the program. ArchAdministrator monitors each
employee's request to enter various database modules and grants or denies access based on user defined predetermined limits.
