Independent Record Keeping

Payments and receipts can be stored independent of an electronic account. These payments and receipts will be included in reports, charts, graphs, etc... but will not be included as a transaction in an electronic account. This feature allows you to record and store:

 

 

Cash payments/receipts and electronic transfers are automatically recorded independent of the electronic checking account. You can record account payments that are independent of the electronic account by selecting one of these check boxes from the Form of Payment section of the Account Payment view.
