The "Project Summary" view is one of the most informative views ArchAdministrator has to offer. It combines data from virtually all modules (i.e. Accounting, Invoicing, Time Sheets, Travel Logs, Transmittals, Proposals & Contracts) to provide you with an integrated summary of all project information organized onto a single view that can be reviewed and/or printed.
The "Project Summary" view can also be accessed by selecting the "view" button beside specific projects listed in the "Project List" tab.
NOTE: Most of the data provided in the "Project Summary" view is "Read Only". Revisions to read only data provided in this view must be made at the point of origin (i.e. data fields in database where information was extracted).
TIP: The data displayed in this view is only as current and accurate as the information provided in the integrated databases. Therefore, it is very important to enter data for ALL integrated databases in a timely and accurate fashion.
